The gospel in four steps

The simplest story ever told.

1

God loves you

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16 (KJV) →
3

Jesus paid the price

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:8 (KJV) →
4

Respond in faith

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
Romans 10:9 (KJV) →

How to share your story

Your story, in two minutes.

  1. Before. What was life like before you followed Jesus?
  2. How. How did you meet Him? Keep it simple and honest.
  3. Since. What has changed? Be specific.
  4. Ask. “Can I pray for you?” or “Want to come with me Sunday?”

Tip: skip church words, and keep it about Jesus, not you.
